Hello, this video is to show you the problem my recently bought Nord Electro 5HP Keyboard came with. I've already sent it to Thommann so they could fix it for me, as the result I've only wasted my time, and got my keyboard taken from me for about 1 month and a half... It came exactly the same as it went. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, but if it happened and you resolved the problem, please tell me how to do it! I've already tried to contact Nord repeatedly but without success, they just don't reply to me. Be careful when you decide to buy things online, and be careful with the Nord Hammer action keyboards (HP Series more specificly)! I hear there are many problems with the keys, I can only speak for myself because this is the first and only Nord keyboard I have, I have dreamt about it for so long, and then this happens....
