This video features the easiest way to exploit Greed mode in the Binding of Isaac (in my opinion). Since Lilith starts with an active item, it makes it really easy to mass duplicate familiars!

Lilith's active item is OP in this greed mode! I've been playing the binding of isaac for a while and while playing solo I notice a neat synergy with the mechanics of Greed mode and Lilith. Honestly, it's really obvious because obvious active item + 10 room clears is going to be good synergy.

I'm not the best at Isaac nor do I have that much experience in the meta! I enjoy playing rogue-lites by randomly exploring until I unlock everything or at the very least stumble across something that makes me do some research. Adds some extra elements to the game IMO.
