In this video, I taste test a Smith fig. Smith is known for its tolerance to rain and humidity, and is said to do well in the South. This fig did not disappoint! It was absolutely delicious, and tasted like a pool of sugary sweet, syrupy jam with a hint of strawberry or raspberry. This was probably the sweetest fig I've tasted to date. This fig is a "must have" for growers in humid climates.
