This turkey chilli recipe was an accident. It was one of those ‘right, what do I have in the fridge’ recipes that were thrown together in a hurry but the outcome exceeded any expectations. Truth be told, it’s probably my favourite turkey mince recipe. The secret is this smoked chilli paste, add it to any dish and you know you’re onto a winner. 😋
