½ tsp Smoked Paprika
½ tsp Kosher Salt
Zest Of One Small Lemon

Mashed Purple Sweet Potato Ingredients

2 lbs Sweet Potatoes
4 TBSP Salted Butter
⅓ cup Half & Half
Salt & Pepper To Taste
