Le Marche in eastern Italy has beautiful coastline and rolling landscapes. A stunning area but it seems to be off the radar for a lot of people. Why? I’m sure as it has so much to offer people.
And so as a stock travel and landscape photographer the need for me to explore is embedded within. To discover new places and capture them in the best way that I can.
From the 12th to the 15th May 2018 I spent a lot of time driving the countryside and visiting the UNESCO World Heritage Site city of Urbino. What I discovered is a region of Italy that is stunning and as I said remains very much unknown.
I would have loved to have more time in the area but it has certainly given me a taste for the area and I will definitely be going back for a longer visit as soon as I can.
