For pizza dough :

All purpose flour/maida : 2 and 1/4 cups (250 grams)
Baking powder : 1 and 1/2 tea spoons
Salt : 1/2 tea spoon
Sugar : 1 table spoon
Oil : 2 tablespoons


For topping
Pizza sauce as needed
Grated Mozzarella and cheddar cheese : 250 grams or as needed
onions, capsicum, olives and sweet corn
Mixed herbs : 3/4 tea spoon
Chilli flakes as per your taste
