How to Pan Sear Yellowfin Tuna Steaks
1. Thaw seafood and let come to room temperature.
2. Pat dry and season tuna steaks.
3. Preheat large cast iron pan to medium-high heat and add oil to pan.
4. Pan sear to your desired doneness. We recommend 30-45 seconds (or until golden brown) per side for rare doneness. Don't forget to sear the sides.
