Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
For 2 people you will need:
400-500g of cooked, overnighted long grain rice
3 cooked chicken drumsticks or 2 cooked chicken thighs
1 large egg
50g of green peas (optional)
1-2 tbsp light soy sauce
A good pinch of salt and black pepper
2-3 tbsp good cooking oil
