Pasi vuajti nga dëmtimi i rëndë i trurit në një moshë të vogël, kjo foshnjë kishte vetëm pak kohë për të jetuar. Pastaj motra i fryu në barkun e saj të vogël. Më 17 dhjetor 2014, Amy dhe Steven Smith mirëpritën në botë fëmijën e tyre të katërt. Vajza e tyre e bukur, e quajtur Poppy, lindi pas 29 javësh shtatzënie dhe peshonte saktësisht 2 kilogramë. Për shkak të lindjes së hershme, ajo kaloi më shumë javë në repartin e të porsalindurve, ku ishte nën përkujdesje intensive.
