How to add more than 8 bars in GarageBand iOS (iPhone/iPad)

Are you new to GarageBand iOS and wondering how to add more than 8 bars to your song? This video is for you.

Many people who start using GarageBand iPad and GarageBand iPhone find it confusing that GarageBand only records 8 bars by default. How do you make sure GarageBand records more than 8 bars? In this video I show you how.

The key is to use the small "+" symbol in the top right of the screen to access the bars and sections menu. From here, you can add more bars to your GarageBand project, set up song sections and even turn on "Automatic" which allows you to record as long as you want and will automatically adjust.
