This Video gives a step by step explanation of how to do Samasthiti or Tadasana (Mountain Pose) in a proper way.
It looks a very simple pose , but it teaches us how to stand still & in a correct posture.
Samasthiti (Balanced Standing) is a command to attention, to stand in balanced stillness. It is the practice of standing with equal, steady, and still attention.
Fine-tuning and refining our understanding of Samasthiti will lead to a healthy yoga practice.
Use the time in Samasthiti to come to attention and bring your awareness to your breath & therefore, centering yourself.
