Was focusing on getting my reps up before but have since shifted to body awareness and feeling it primarily where I intend to feel it. Reps gone down but no biggie. Build a consistent daily exercise habit, get some fresh air, cool breeze and warm sun. Recently I’ve been still starting with inversions and isometric holds. Then I’ll go into pull-ups with the rings and my pelvis in different positions. More holds followed by 10-rounds with weighted jump rope. 45-seconds for round and rest length. Finish up with one attempt to see how long I could go consecutively - 2:10 today.
