In this 30 minute Hell of a HIIT | Intense Bodyweight Workout we have 2x blocks. Each block contains 3x bundles of 3x exercises for 2x rounds in a row and a finisher exercise at the end of each block.
We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and will have a 15 seconds rest between them.
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:
