🕐 Preparation time - 30 Minutes.
🍳EQUIPMENT:
👉 Big Bowls 2x
👉 Small Bowl
👉 Hand Mixer
👉 Sauce Pan
👉 Spatula
🍠 INGREDIENTS:
👉 200 g Dark Chocolate
👉 8 Eggs
👉 125 g Butter
👉 150 g Sugar
📋 INSTRUCTIONS:
👉 Melt the dark chocolate and butter in the small bowl above the sauce pan. Make sure it doesn't get too hot. Let it cool down.
👉 Separate the egg yokes from the egg white in 2 separate big bowls. Add the sugar to the egg yokes and mix this till it has a smooth yellow color.
👉 Add the melted chocolate to the egg yokes with sugar and mix.
👉 Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and mix this till stiff.
👉 Add little bit by little bit the stiff egg white to the chocolate mixture with a spatula. Don't mix to hard otherwise you will lose the air. Add it to the fridge for 1 hour.
