The kitchen is very spacious and well-ventilated with plenty of natural light coming through big windows. It has integrated fridge freezer and oven and space for a double door fridge. The laundry room is located next to the kitchen and has space for a washing machine and dryer. The living room is also spacious and has a square shape. There is a study room which can be used as a guest room as well.

The first floor has four bedrooms, two of which have ensuite facilities, and a common family bathroom. The master bedroom is the biggest one and it has a dressing room attached to it. The dressing room has wardrobes and enough space to change. The ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom is bigger than the other ensuites and has a shower cubicle, sink, water closet and an exhaust. The other two bedrooms are double bedrooms and can be used as kid's rooms or guest rooms. The smallest bedroom in the house is suitable for a kid's room or a computer room.
