The Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya in partnership with the Livelihood Assistance Project Beneficiaries, the 15 Municipal Local Government Units (MLGUs), 275 Barangay Local Government Units (BLGUs), the Department of Education (DepEd), the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the government employees in Nueva Vizcaya had launched the search for ”Idol kong Entrepreneurs”. It was then proposed and presented in which the said project is under the Rural Development component of the PRAYERS N’ FAITH program of former Governor Ruth Raña Padilla.
