Possibly the strongest human in Fallout history. The Wiki states that his HP is over 1,700 with a DR of 31%. I thought that was a typo but when went up against him, I was convinced. Note: This fight will be especially difficult because you have very limited choices of weaponry and armor, meaning you probably can't use what you want. Also make sure you finish him off quick because at about 1/4 of his HP down, a glitch causes your own men to attack you.
