►Broken CV joints and ripped CV joint boots are a universal issue for modern vehicles. The joints are on either end of an axle, allowing significant wheel articulation while ensuring it retains drive from the engine. The CV joints and the rubber boots that cover them are thus under constant movement and will eventually wear out. Replacing a CV axle can be expensive, but luckily, you don't have to. The boots and joints are rebuildable with a little time and patience, and we're here to show you how.
In today's Tech Tip, Danny Krugeer, FCP Euro's Mercedes Expert, shows you how to rebuild a CV axle.
