Vegetarian Smoked Queso
Ingredients:
16oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
8oz Pepper Jack cheese, cubed
4oz Cream Cheese, cubed
10 oz can Diced Tomatoes with Chilies
1 can Black Beans, drained
½ jar Pickled Jalapeños, drained
2 Jalapeños, seeded/diced
½ Yellow Onion, diced
1 tbsp Taco seasoning
Big Ol' Bag of Tortilla Chips
Prep:
Dump all ingredients into a 10"×12" aluminum pan (Yup! That's it!)
Cooking:
Pit Boss Competition Blend pellets
Preheat 225°F P5 setting
Put the aluminum pan straight onto the cooking grates
Stir every 30 minutes until melted and well combined
Once done, serve immediately with your favourite tortilla chips, crackers or veggies
**Note: Add 1lb of cooked ground sausage, beef or chorizo to make it for meat loving carnivores**
