Collar and cuffs is a 1923 silent short film directed by George Jeske and produced by Hal Roach and Stan Laurel.
Laurel works at a large laundry room, but gives many headaches to the controller of the sector, given that creates havoc among the washerwomen having pants ripped in the ass. The director goes on a rampage and sends him to work in the press dries clothes, but Laurel inadvertently attaches to a belt and ends at the upper floor of the laundry room where he begins to play poker with the attendants.
