Toxic relationships are everywhere, be they toxic friends, family, or even romantic partners. Today I'm sharing the story of a toxic friendship that I had to let go of and 6 signs of a toxic person that I should have recognized in her behavior. It can be tough to let go of toxic people, especially if they are family or loved ones, but the first step to healing is to recognize their toxic behaviors for what they are - let's dive in!
