Ultimate Fishing Simulator S5 #9 - Ice Fishing for Pumpkinseed & Burbot at Betty Lake!

As I have stated before, even though Ultimate Fishing Simulator 2 has been pushing forward with much success, the ORIGINAL Ultimate Fishing Simulator is still an AWESOME game and is still receiving new DLCs, updates, AND support! The developers have apparently been working feverishly to make some amazing updates to the look an feel of the whole game (DLCs included), which includes the water dynamics, the weather system, and more! The just made a NEW Public Beta available to anyone that has the game (PC Version) through Steam to be able to test these updates!

It also needs to be noted that there are many updates and new DLCs in the works and coming soon. These include:
- A new DLC that allows you to take the fish you catch and place them in aquariums. This means ALL species of all sizes in a facility like those found in public aquariums!
- A new Florida map depicting a variety of saltwater species, including Tarpon, Tuna, and Sharks!
- BOW FISHING! This I have to see! There is a brief clip of the mechanics on Steam!

*** BETTY LAKE! ***
This fishery was the first lake that most players get to start playing and has been around since the DEMO version. Since that time, it has undergone many changes and improvements, had an ice fishing version added, and recently three new species; the pumpkinseed, ide, and burbot!

In this episode, I had decided to show one of my viewers/subscribers just how to single out and catch the pumpkinseed, as many people tend to overlook them since they are small and do not bring in much cash or XP. Interestingly enough, they can sometimes be hard to find, and singling them out from other species can be difficult since they eat so many of the same baits as other species. The bait of choice are marshmallows, since only the ide and the burbot are attracted to that bait!

If you are interested in getting burbot, you simply have to increase your hook size from #12 to a #2!

I will also show you the best spots to catch each. All the while, you may also catch ide of all sizes!
