Understanding Spiritual Awakening is a presentation focused on Spiritual Awakening. Spiritual Awakening is a consciousness expanding process, and can lead to emergence of one's Transpersonal Self. C.G. Jung called this emergence "Individuation", where one's Personal and Transpersonal Self merge to form the totality of one's being. We humans can experience life in two modes of awareness, an ordinary conscious awareness, centered on our personality, and a non-ordinary superconscious awareness. Spiritual Awakening is the journey from one to the other, and leads to emergence of this superconscious awareness, which is experienced as Transpersonal Self, Higher Self, Individuated Self, or Supersensible Self.

Because spiritual awakening is a consciousness-expanding process, its experience can be unfamiliar and non-ordinary, simultaneously joyous and adventurous, but at times overwhelming and disorienting. The goal of this presentation is raise your awareness about this process, so you know when you are in it, and can navigate it in best possible way.
