Binaural beats are beats perceived by the brain when two sounds with a frequency lower than 1500 Hz and a difference of less than 30 Hz are listened to separately through headphones. These beats are not a result, as usually happens, of a physical overlap of sound waves, but are generated directly in the brain. In this case, you can hear a frequency of 432 Hz given by the mathematical average of the frequencies heard separately in the ears. For example, if a sinusoid at 431 Hz plays in the left ear while another sinusoid at 433 Hz plays in the right ear, when listening to them together, we perceive a single sinusoid at 432 Hz with a binaural beat of 2 Hz. I recommend the use of headphones 🎧
In this video, the binaural beats are lower and higher octaves of the Schumann Resonance frequency, 7.83 Hz.
