▪️2 lbs. Yukon Gold or Russet Potatoes, peeled and cut in bite sized chunks▪️1/2 tsp Baking Soda ▪️3 Tbsp Olive Oil▪️1/2 tsp Garlic Powder▪️Salt & Pepper▪️

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 450°F and bring a pot of generously salted water to a boil
2️⃣ Add the baking soda (this will help break down the surface of the potatoes which will maximize crispiness) and the potatoes; cook for 10 minutes (or until a knife penetrates easily) and then drain
3️⃣ Place the par cooked potatoes into a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper
4️⃣ Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flip the potatoes over and cook for an additional 20-30 min (shaking the pan and moving the potatoes around a couple more times) until golden brown and crispy; taste and top with more salt if needed and enjoy!
