Here it is! I share to you all this recipe of making homemade pizza even without an oven. No one can really tell but you that this was just cooked on a stove! 👏😋
Ingredients for the dough:
Weight:
450g flour (Tipo 00, All-purpose or Bread flour)
270g water (warm water or room temperature)
4g instant dry yeast (active 5.5g / fresh 11g)
10g salt
1tsp sugar
20g olive oil/vegetable oil
Volume:
3 cups + 1/2 cup flour (Tipo 00, All-purpose or Bread flour)
1 cup + 1/3 cup water(warm water or room temperature)
1/2 tbsp instant dry yeast (active 2tsp / fresh 1 1/2 tbsp)
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/8 cup olive oil/vegetable oil
Ingredients for the toppings:
tomato sauce
oregano
olive oil
salt
mozzarella
red and green pepper
ham
