Ryan Munsey explains a simple & effective recipe to make perfect hard boiled eggs every time. He uses the oven to bake the eggs & then cool them in ice. Follow the steps carefully, and feel free to tweak your oven settings, so the target result is created in the 25-30 minute window.
1) Place 12 eggs into muffin pan.
2) Set oven to 325º F (do not exceed 350º).
3) Bake your eggs for 25 - 30 minutes, depending on taste.
4) Around the 20 min mark, prepare a bowl of ice water.
5) Carefully, set your muffin pan on a safe surface.
6) Place the eggs in the bowl of ice water to cool.
7) After a few minutes, you may peel your eggs.
8) Slice, dice, & enjoy.
