Today we're going to be taking a look at the Jensen 6-1/2 inch Diameter Waterproof Coaxial Marine Speakers. This is for a quantity of two speakers and then the four grills. These are 6-1/2 inch diameter speakers. They are a flush mount design. This kit comes with the two speakers, the four grill options, two white and two silver. These are waterproof speakers.
They use a rubber suspension in surround. The inaudible 00:00:21 material is polypropylene. Tweeter type is a dome. The tweeter material they use is silk. Has a maximum power handling of 75 watts.
Frequency response in 65 hertz to 20 kilohertz. Nominal impedance is 4 ohms, and the magnet weight on these is 11 ounces. Now the mounting depth, or I'm going to show you is the grills just snap on, so if we put a white one, you can see if you just line it up it snaps right into place. Now you have a white grill, so I want to give you the mounting depth which would be from the table to the bottom of the grill. If we put a ruler that's right at 2-5/16 of an inch. Now, these speakers do meet the salt spray exposure standard compliant, and UV exposure standard compliant.
As I mentioned, it comes with the two speakers and the grill options. To change it out if you don't want the white, take the silver, just put the silver on there, and again just snaps them right into place. Stays on real nice. Has a nice foam gasket around here to help seal it. Now the overall dimensions with the grill on it is going to be diameter-wise right at 6-1/2 inches, and the overall height with the grill on from the very bottom to the very top is right at three inches. Again, we'll just pop this grill right off.
All you have to do is get it started, and it will pop right off, and you just put whatever color option you want on there. That should do it for the review on the Jensen 6 1/2-inch Diameter Waterproof Coaxial Marine Speakers, quantity of two speakers and the four grills.
