CINCINNATI (WKRC) -- A federal judge in Cincinnati is expected to strike down part of Ohio's ban on gay marriage Monday.
Judge Timothy Black announced his planned ruling last week. It would mean the state must recognize the marriages of any same-sex couples who legally wed elsewhere.
The state plans to appeal Black's ruling, arguing that Ohio has a sovereign right to ban gay marriage.
