Homemade Roti Tacos
Ingredients :
Dough :
3/4 Cup - Maida
3/4 Cup - Wheat Flour
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp - Chilli Flakes
1/4 tsp - Oregano
2 tsp - Oil
Pinch - Baking Powder
1/2 Cup - Water ( Soft Dough ) as per requirement
apply little oil and knead it and rest for 15 min
Filling :
Switch On the Flame and Keep one Pan
1 tsp - Butter
1/2 tbsp - Oil
2 no - Onion Chopped
1 tbsp - Garlic Chopped
1 tbsp - Green Chilli Chopped
Saute in High Flame till light golden
1 Cup - Bell Peppers ( Red , Green , Yellow )
Saute little bit in high flame
1/2 Cup - Corm boiled ( Yellow )
2 no - Potato Boiled n mashed
2 tsp - Chilli Flakes
1 tsp - Mix Herbs
1/2 tsp - Cumin Powder
Mix very well and Switch off the Flame , add
Salt to taste
1/4 Cup - Coriander Leaves Chopped
mix very well and keep aside
again take dough and apply oil and knead Properly
and make a small balls and make a small tortilla
and Take Tawa and cook both the side little and keep it in cloth
Sauce :
Take a Small Bowl
1/4 Cup - ketchup
2 tbsp - Red Chilli Sauce
2-3 Drops - Capsico Sauce
Mix everything
Take a One Tortilla and Put one side
Spread above Sauce
Grated Cheese
Above Filling
Again Grated Cheese
Sprinkle Pizza Seasoning
Fold into half
Rost both the Sides with Oil and Serve
