Chinese Red braised pork belly is considered as their "big dish" for family table and party. It was taught to me by my Chinese employer so i would like to share it to you guys. I only use simple recipe here. I hope you will like it.
INGREDDIENTS:
1/4 kg pork belly cut into bite size pieces
2tbsp sugar
thump size ginger slice
5-6 pieces cloves garlic
2 pieces of cinamon stick
2 pieces of star anis
1 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp light sauce
whole black pepper
