A staff officer of Lu Bu. In 198, when Lu Bu was surrounded by Cao Cao, he was dispatched along with Wang Kai on the envoy to request aid from Yuan Shu. Historically was a provincial governor and a captain for Cao Cao. Left Cao Cao's service together with Chen Gong and others to join Lu Bu.
