This video is a demonstration of trick roping continuous arm rolls filmed in slow motion. For folks who want to learn this trick, the key is to watch what the right hand is doing when the honda is in the 12 o'clock position. At this point the hand b pulling the spoke across the body from right to left, accelerating the spin of the loop. If the proper amount of acceleration is applied, the loop will roll up over the arm. Note that the spoke must be on the opposite side of the loop from the roper as it is rolling up and over.
