Every year during this spring period, Sony prepares a selection of promotions on its PlayStation products. These offers are part of the “Days of Play” operation . The event generally lasts around ten days. The promotions offered cover games (in physical format), hardware such as consoles or controllers as well as services such as the PlayStation Plus subscription.

This year, many players are eagerly awaiting the return of this event in order to save on the main new features. While others take this opportunity to renew their PS Plus subscription.

The event would start from the last week of May 2024
Indeed, we believe that the Days of Play 2024 would start from Wednesday May 29, 2024 . The event is expected to last until June 12, 2024 .

Among the offers proposed, we obviously expect a possible return of the PS Plus promotion . If the promotion valid during the Days of Play 2023 is repeated this time, the annual subscription should have an immediate discount of around -25% which would concern all Essential, Extra and Premium/Deluxe tiers.

On the hardware side, different promotions should concern PS5 , PlayStation VR2 consoles as well as DualSense controllers . We summarize below the content of these promotions with the reductions that will probably be offered in Europe :

50 euros reduction on PS5 Slim Standard consoles , for a final price of 499 euros .
50 euros reduction on PS5 Slim Digital consoles (without disc drive), i.e. a final price of 399 euros .
100 euros reduction on PS VR2 consoles , for a final price of 499 euros .
All DualSense controllers at 49.99 euros .
On the physical format games side, we should also have the return of PlayStation Hits like God of War (2018) or Horizon Zero Dawn at only 9.99 euros .

All these promotions (excluding subscription services) will be available on PlayStation Direct, the official PlayStation store, as well as authorized retailers.
