BICHO-BICHO| SHAKOY is made of yeast dough, deep fried to a golden perfection.Super soft and fluffy, coated in powdered milk and powdered sugar..This filipino version of doughnuts make a great Breakfast, afternoon snacks, dessert or even midnight snacks...They're seriously Addicting!
Cheddar Cheese will be made into the delectable filling of these filipino delicacies,
While powdered milk and powdered sugar will add more sweetness..
Surely that you can't resist this one!
I used Vegetable oil for frying, for me this is the best pick when it comes to any fried food especially for this Bicho-Bicho/Doughnuts..But you may use other cooking oil available at your kitchen...
INGRIDIENTS: makes 23 pcs/45 grms each
1/2 kilo Bread Flour/All purpose flour (but, i recommend to use Bread Flour)
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tsp.instant dry yeast
1 tsp.Salt
3/4 cup evap.milk/water
2 whole eggs
50 grms margarine/butter
Chedar Cheese for filling
Powdered milk and powdered sugar for Coating
