Hello and welcome to this tutorial on how to check how much time you’ve spent on your iPhone. With us being in the age of technology, it’s important to understand how much time we’re spending each day on our devices.
So let’s get started. First, open up your ‘settings’ by tapping the grey gear icon located on your home screen. Once in settings, scroll to the very bottom, and tap the ‘screen time’ tab. By default, screen time will show you an overview of your daily activity, including how many hours you’ve spent with each app.
If you want a detailed look at your activity, you can do that too. Tap the ‘Activity’ button, and it will show you a timeline of when you used each app as well as a breakdown of how much time was spent in each app per day.
