This Global machine is a cylinder arm heavy-duty machine. It is built with a triple feeding mechanism, and needle bar feeds which results in high-quality seams all around. It is suitable for heavy to very heavy material, bouncy castles, belts, shoes, strap bags, and many more.
The narrow and versatile cylinder arm. This improves material handling on any 3D items, such as bags, gloves, shoes, straps, and many more items that cannot be sewn with a regular flat-bed machine. Global has ensured that the WF1575 has a robust construction so it is excellent for heavy-duty use. it comes with a Japanese-made hook and base, which is the highest quality possible. Global has also adopted a safety clutch system, which prevents the machine from getting damaged in the rare case that something gets tangled or jammed, and can be easily reset with the click of a button. It also has a push-down reverse lever and a rotary stitch length adjuster. Also, built into the top of this machine is a presser foot height adjuster. This allows you to select the height of the presser foot, based on the material you sew. For example, if you are only sewing one layer, you can set it low, and if it's multiple layers, you can set the presser foot higher, this allows you versatility on the number of materials you can sew. These Global machine ships are complete and fully assembled - ready to sew upon arrival. The needle position allows you to maximize production during sewing. It is located on the balance wheel and can be adjusted using the main electronic box. It gives the operator the option of having the needle either raised in the utmost position or the lowest position possible. Most sewers prefer to have it in the lowest position as this allows you to quickly move your material without needing to move the balance wheel. Then, when you are done sewing with a material, you can use the heel of your foot to press down on the pedal and it will raise the needle.
