DOOM Bosses Battle Showcase from various DOOM mappacks available in the community, please always keep in mind that such bosses with respective mappacks are way more than shown here. I'm more than sure that you will find dozens of such WADs or single long maps with DOOM bosses that can give you a huge headache. And keep in mind that some maps/WADs as always have a compatibility with gameplay mods while others not at all. I've also avoided any maps with Spider Masterminds or Cyberdemons because well, we know them too good.
