Brian Lee is the station's VO. That was the reason for recording this. Thanks to viewer MrTraveler01 for the tip! I had no clue they switched away from Jeff Berlin after a little over a year and a half (he had replaced Chris Corley after he tragically passed away last year). The music is the sports theme of the custom Scripps theme by SAM, which is a nice change of pace from the main theme used by every other station in the Scripps borg.
