This video demo's with narrative, how to setup CWIrc to send morse code with your paddles using PulseAudio and the pulseaudio-equalizer plugin in low latency (~ 48ms ). The pulseaudio-equalizer plugin provides not only a nice cw audio bandpass filter for the audio output of CWirc, but it also provides a separate audio stream inside PulseAudio that we can "TAP" and use for the audio input to Mumble.(or any other VOIP-LIKE program you might use to have a morse code qso over the internet)
HERE ARE THE LINUX PROGRAMS that must already be installed for this to work:
1. PulseAudio ( most will already have this installed )
2. PAVUCONTROL
3. pulseaudio-equalizer
