I will be posting several more of these to give you a variety of exercises to do daily to keep your feet healthy and keep you mobile!
If you get any foot cramps take a short break and roll out your feet and stretch them. It would be beneficial to do a self warmup before starting... ex: a short walk or jog for several minutes. Stop if anything hurts and always go at your own pace.
1 // Caterpillars. 10 out and back.
2 // Toe Pushups. 10 each side for 3 sets.
3 // Stretch. 30 seconds each side.
4 // Toe Spreads and Crunches. 10 reps for 3 sets.
5 // Stretch Toes. 30 seconds each side.
6 // Roll out your feet.
