400 gm tofu, cut into cubes
1 big onion, sliced
3 pips garlic, chopped
2 cups thick coconut milk
2 cups thin coconut milk or water
1 tablespoon tamarind pulp, remove seeds
3 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon fennel powder
1 tomato, quartered
1/2 red chili, sliced
2 sprigs curry leaf
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
