Learn classic poi CAPs! This poi CAPs tutorial covers the classic C-CAP that started it all in both its hands together and hands apart forms. Named from two tricks in a decade-old Yuta video, CAPs (Continuous Assembly Patterns) don't just look cool, these intermediate poi tricks also give us the capacity to find poi transitions back and forth between antispin and extension super easily. In this poi lesson I'll show you some tips and tricks for getting them down as well as one of my favorite poi patterns that utilizes these poi tricks as a transition point.
