This Peppered Snails Recipe is very spicy, tasty and delicious. A Crunchy one for sure. It's called Snails all over the world but in Cameroon , we have many names like Nyama, Congo meat, Slowboys etc. Snails have alot of health benefits and should definitely be added to your menu. This recipe contains few ingredients and will be your favorite.

1½ kg Parboiled Snails
3 Tomatoes
½ Onion
1 Large Bell Pepper
3 Sprigs of Green Onion
2 -3 Parsley
4 Scotch Bonnets
2 tsp Salt
2 Maggi Cubes
1 tsp Blackpepper
1 tsp White Pepper
1 Tsp Thyme
