1 kg pork spare ribs and prime ribs or any protein of your choice
5 pieces baby yam
2 onions
3 tomatoes
1 Daikon/white radish
1 Eggplant
300g long beans
200g okra/lady fingers
200g winged beans
300g tamarind paste
Green chilies
Kangkong or sweet potato leaves or any green leafy vegetable
