Personally speaking it happened with me too 😔As soon as I passed out from college & started a job, the girl who was always slim (dubli in Hindi) became chubby. I was turning into a family of circles😠
Key reasons behind this are,
⛔️Your body structure has reached maturity - Diet has to be limited after that age as energy for rapid growth isn’t needed anymore
⛔️Limited Mobility - Activity levels are lower compared to a sitting 9-5 job
⛔️Bigger pockets - Foods which you were not able to afford are easily accessible now as you have money to try new restaurants every week😬
⛔️Body’s natural growth hormones reduce & metabolic rate is low as compared to your early youth
Coming to my story, I soon realised that I needed to make changes. So
✅Stopped eating out - Limited number of outings to 2-3 in a month
✅Joined Gym - I was the only girl from shared accommodation of 6 girls, who went to gym that time
✅Started walking - started adding more & more steps into my routine
And I can proudly say that today, I am way much stronger & fitter than my 20’s 💪💪
And anyone can do that. Don’t think about drastic changes. ✅ Always think about improvements of 1% ✅
