Affirmations provide a great way of re-programming your mind so you can eliminate negative thought patterns and replace them with positive modes of thought and behaviour. These self love and self esteem affirmations are designed to alter your self image on a subconscious level so that you can view yourself in a more positive light.
☯ INSTRUCTIONS & SPECS
Loop the audio throughout the night as you sleep, and aim to fall asleep within the first hour, which features binaural beats, isochronic tones, and wind/water fx. The second hour consists solely of white noise, and affirmations.
The affirmations begin fading in at the hour mark, reaching max volume at 1:05:00. Before using this audio, it is recommended that you skip to 1:05:00 and set the volume accordingly. Obviously low volumes are ideal so you're not startled awake!
You can choose to use earphones/headphones if you wish, though if you find them uncomfortable, feel free to use your speakers. Please note though that the binaural beats will be imperceptible without headphones.
