Rice Cooker Braised Pork Knuckle
Ingredients:
Pork knuckle. Salt. Light soy sauce. Dark soy sauce. Rice wine. Sugar. Spring onion. Ginger. Star anise.
1.Sesoning the pork knuckle with salt, light and dark soy sauce, rice wine and sugar.
2. Put it in your rice cooker, pour the sauce on it, add spring onion, ginger and ster anise, and a bit water. Start cooking.
Easy, fast and delicious.
