This version was aired on many Top 40 stations instead of the album version, including KHKS (Dallas/Ft. Worth) and 98.5 KLUC (Las Vegas). It's a little brighter and a more energetic mix for CHR. (Contemporary Hit Radio)

The music video received heavy airplay at many outlets, including MTV, and Lawrence was invited to perform on MTV Spring Break, The Arsenio Hall Show, and Top of the Pops, just to name a few.
